Snapping photos of a man at a urinal is NOT a crime? Not if it's Magistrate Rhonda Hollander behind the lens!
64Restrooms are public
A police officer in Plantation, Florida said that Rhonda Hollander did not feel as though she was breaking any laws because a restroom is public, whether it says male or female on the door, and there are no laws specifying a woman cannot enter a men's bathroom. So Ms. Hollander followed a man into the urinal and was getting ready to snap pictures of him as he was prepping to go and noticed the camera. When another men entered the restroom, she snapped a shot of him, and then the police were called. All of this took place at the West Regional Courthouse on Pine Island Road in the city of Plantation.
Hollander was found levels above in the building in a Judge's chambers. On the grounds that the courthouse is a public building and she could do what she wants with her phone, she refused to turn her cell phone over to the officers demanding to see the pictures inside. When the officer said that she can't take photos of a man's genitals without his permission and continued to demand the phone, she started snapping photos of HIM!

It's Just Them... not Just Us...
When the officer pointed his finger in her face, demanding she stop going camera crazy and put a kabosh on the lunacy, she tried to bite his finger. A fight began between the two and the scuffle on the floor ended with Hollander in cuffs.
She was charged with:
- resisting an officer
- assault on an officer
- obstructing with violence
The woman, who is also an attorney and a Traffic Magistrate within that very building, was released on a $700 bond later that night.

Normal people can't get good paying jobs like that, but crazies like this one can! Ugh!
